Homes 121 Vs Noida Extn (Gaur City) - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi

I have booked a flat in AGC Homes 121 (3 months back) in CLP.
I have been seeing the details of the projects being launched in Noida Extn, specially Gaur City.

Prices in Gaur City are less than 3/4th of what I will be paying in Homes 121 and Gaur City is approx 2 Kms from Homes 121. I hope 130 Meter wide road will be ready in few months so distance wouldn't be that much a difference.

Now I am confused, not able to decide/foresee about the appreciation/ rental values in Homes 121 as compared to Noida Extension projects. And even my investment in Homes 121 will be worth or not ?

You guys have been providing real facts and sincere views. Can you please share your opinion on this ?

Hi We have compared a lot of projects here in this forum. Recently we have cmpares 121 with Amrapali. Please chck it.

Also wud request all not to compare Noida ext to Noida projects since noida ext is Greater Noida.

Can anyone suggest me which would be the best location for investment for future perspective Noida Sector 137 OR Noida ext?
