Default How much land is left in Noida to be sold?

I was just wondering how much more land is left in Noida to be sold?
Looking at the map and google earth, here is my list:
Sector 72, 73, 74, 79, 112, 113, 115, 116, 118, 136, 158,162.

Looks like there is still a lots of sectors untouched by authority and then the plots left in the existing sectors.

Not sure what is happening with the SEZ on the expressway which was allotted to ADAG group during the SP days.

did you forgot city center?

It is the most coveted sector, and my guess is that it will be the master stroke.... wait for it in the last.

if you wondering why... there is no logical reason for the current sales too .

City Center and sector 25A( the area where we have Spice MAll and Adobe Office)).... This is the best adrdess one would have ..Mall, Market,Metro,Office ,Road....No Kabristan, Habited society all around.... What more can you ask...

And believe me .....this should be done all before next Elections....

That's a lot to go in a short time. Could this be the reason why builders are now ready to sell flats in new towers for cheap in comparison to first phase ?

The rates that I have been hearing of for the 2nd phase or the new towers are quite lower than that of first phase and was wondering what's in the offing.
