in noida masterplan 2031 , it is through sector 137,143 and expressway to pari chowk.

Hi Ash They plan to start construction in October end.
There are delays due to Monsoon.
Not sure about sale volume.

Have anybody got demand letter from RG for the increased area in the balcony. How are you going to handle it because they are asking hafty amoutn around 2 lacs for this increased area which does not make sense to me. We need to talk to the builder in group, so that they can seriously give a thought on their this cheap act of extracting money and wave-off this amount.

According to my information, Govt. allowed to increase the balcony size but not forced and builders are just taking advantage of it.

When I invested in RG, I also thought it is a value for money but not now.

Whether you are any how more interested or enclined party in R G Group.
I saw your answer in another link for R G Luxury, where you have written that you have a flat in R G Residency and paid 25% amount, here you are replying like a new person who dont have much idea about R G Group.

If you are from Builder side, please stop misguiding members.

Hi,

RG does not seems to be a good option to me as the builder is small and it's his first project. The podium concept is new to NCR so cannot comment on how will it go fwd.

Also as far as the distance is concerned all sectors are equally placed from atta.

I visited the RG site 4 months ago and yesterday also but could not find much progress in the construction.

The biggest point which i feel is the Amarpali project opp to RG. It is a premium high rise 25 floor building in the east side this will block the morning sun view and sun shine in some flats in RG.

Pl note: this is just my opinion and I do not intent to hurt anyone.
