Can anybody suggest me please how is RG residency project in Noida...i am in Pune as of now and one of my friend referenced me the same...how is the location , builder etc...the only thing i am worried is the builder reputation more specifically "weather ever he will be able to deliver the project " Senior members please suggest
also what' the latest updates heppning at site?

Do not invest with small builder when there is so much of over supply..

They are mostly in commercial buildings & have delivered almost 10 projects. New in residential sector . Better go 4 builders like 3c , Logix ,Patel, Mahagun , Ajnara ....

Pros:
1). delivered commercial projects in many areas of delhi, like rajendar nagar, pitampura, rohini etc.
2) constuction quality is not great but good
3) jst. two residential projects in hand,
4).site...layout...for....me....is......good
cons:
1) first residential project, so, not able to sell very fast, so,
may get delayed, but they have the highest penalty clause of Rs. 10/sq.ft. for the delay.in that area. so, they are trying to build the...reputation

RG residency Sector 120
Hi guys I have booked 3BHK in R G Residency in Noida. I find it affordable and value for money.
I hope project comes up fast. It seems thate is delay due to mansoon.

I've booked a tpye 3 flat with RG and their project looks great atleast on paper!!!

My only concern now is that they have recently launched a 1BHK option at Sec 120 Noida and is it going to affect the future property appreciation rates.

Otherwise they are coming up with a podium concept which they claim is new to Noida, and makes it more attractive. The location is good too... 15 mins drive to Atta Market and 7 mins to metro station.

hope this information helps. Please do a thorough research before taking any decision.

I saw recent advertisement regarding 1 bedroom apartments by RG.
It may effect value of this project but not much. Generally 1 bedrooms are for batchlors
I booked type 4 unit. I booked at 2995 at superbuilt up. any idea if thet changed the rates.

We should look for long term. Property location is good. I hope this investmment will give us good return in future.



I am also thinking of booking in R G Luxury Home in Noida extension they are offering only 1700 per sft.

Any Idea how Noida and Grater Noida Metro is going to take route.
