Hi folks,

Most of us always know that an idea can change ones life. But most of the times even when we had an idea we don't try working towards it considering the pros and cons.

I understand that real estate investments can make you good returns.

But the context behind starting this thread is to members share their ideas and other can provide a valuable inputs around the same.

I will repeat that most of time comes into mind and I am sure many of you will support me in the same. "" Many of us are doing jobs and business what we did't wanted to". I mean some of the doctors or engineers does not wanted to be doctors or engineers" one could have done much better in other areas i.e teaching, music, art or hospitality etc.

I guess now you know what I wanted to say. So please share your view what you wanted to be and lets say what others have to say about the same.

Folks,

I think most of us has taken it granted that Real estate investment is the safest and is the only way to grow your investment and build nation.

But Can you please help me with some of my questions, Farming lands are being converted to Commercials and residential narrowing farming and we are neglecting farmers and farming. but trust me HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF, In near Future Farmers are going to to be the most important and happiest persons in our society.

Since this thread is related to business ideas, I always wanted to be a farmer but unfortunately in some IT JOB.

If I could have a farming land, I could have achieved for me and for my nations.

1. Farming, Happy Farming!!!. Fulfilling needs of at least some who sleep empty stomach.
2. A School within the farming land to educate poor children and help build nation.
3. Could have farmed herbs and thereby expanding importance of Ayurveda and its associate benefits across globes.
4. Would have been happiest person to achieve all of the above.

Guys, PLEASE PLEASE SO SHARE YOUR IDEAS IN OUR NATION BUILDING.
