Hi,
Has anybody purchased flat in re-sale in this area? I want to know is the loan possible? The broker is aying that their is no registration but transfer ? is this OK ? |

Transfer needs to be done in any case, but registry shld also be done, else something fishy abt the same.

Hello Chits
If registry is not possible, you cannot obtain a bank loan on the property. The loan is provided on the registered value (80-85%) of the property. The society is good and the sector is OK (some security concerns due to closeness to the village area) good luck! Vaibhav |
