It is very interesting that by chance i happen meet one person broker on this forum who gives good genuine comment. I come to know that one big broker who sell jaypee is very active on forum.

If you read orchard thread or jaypee thread you understand this well. Whenever there is project underwrite by him there is good comment and otherwise bad comment if project underwrite by competition.

Since he have office overseas they comment as nri and promote orchard penthouse at absurd rate much expansive then market rate.

He has educated people who writes good information on jaypee to sell better.

Good for us as we are get good infos for free about jaypee but buyer must be careful to not follow as blind man. Many paid people by big broker in jaypee thread i think who is stressed for penthouse not selling in orchard and try sell jaypee plot also.

What do others think about this same , please tell me.

Most probably u r right, one should read the comments with a pinch of salt. We got nothing to loose.

I am myself invested in orchards but the kinda comments on iref confirm that jp threads are flooded with bop brokers and marketing guys from india and abroad. This makes the threads full of information but at the same time manipulates the real prices and tries to create hype for their unsold properties. One has to remember not to follow the so called nri posing guys as they are bop staff imo.

When you read orchards thread you will see every second post saying bop. In a few cases it is natural but in many posts it has been inserted without any reason. Just marketing . Marketing is also acceptable but hyped prices of orchards are being made popular.

Looks suspicious to me too.. he has touched each and every inventory available and pushed up penthouses like anything....and all indirectly....

I am also guilty of passing on free advice and info a lot of the times

Since only a couple of days back I was accused directly of being a broker, I would want to clarify if I am being referred to as the broker's (BOPs) aide here

Do let me know if you feel so, I will stop posting should anyone think I am doing this working hand in glove with a broker pushing property up

Yaar brokers are not bad people.. It is the buyers who are dumb...
I think if any person is buying from XXXXX, he shud check with other firms as well.. The best inventory, best price should be enquired thoroughly.. Wherever they get the best deal, go for it..

Use your own brain if you have any!! Dont keep complaining... In Orchards thread, im active, n i dont think, anyone is forcing/manipulating you to buy... Go n buy Amrapali, Supertech, AVJ, logix etc etc.. No one cares, its your money... But complaining n calling people brokers is hurtful, call them CEO of broking firms instead... You know how much Mavi brothers n Honey Katyal made from Noida itself... Thousands of crores!!!!!

Not only Orchards thread , JP Plots thread is full of brokers. Even JP
brokers are going to other threads and criticizing other projects and
praising JP..


Any JP buyer would do well to join JP buyers group where buyers are just
tired of having endless meetings with JP regarding the possession of flats,
regarding the penalty of flats.

Remember one thing, JP has so far not delivered a single flat nor he is going to do it in next 6 months and the new projects keep on coming.

Rest is your choice ...
