Hi All,
Can, you suggest about Jaypee Garden Isles. Delaers is offering 5% discount on BSP. He is offering appartment on 9th floor. I am in interesting in 1205 Sq Feet. It is worth to invest the money in Jaypee garden Isles. Regards Atul |

I just booked a unit on 6th floor with 4% discount, i feel cheated now. It was from Investor clinic, they told me , i can get it on first 3 floor fir 3950. and then they said i can get only between 6th to 10th.
Is there anyway i can cancel it ? or get more discount on it. ? |

When U booked? and your DD/Cheque has been disbursed. If not just cancelled ur cheque. Investor has also done cheating with many of my friends. On which tower you booked your appartment and whats the size of ur apartment. Yes you can get Credit note from investor clinic. Just give some fake references to him.

Hi,
I bought 1205 SQ feet in tower no 23. I Purchased this from paragon. They guided me very good. They dont sale only unit but also explain everything. Talk once before purchase anything. I also met many underwrites and brokerage but all were fake. they just wanted own advantage. Call to paragon person... |

4-5% discount is ideal for GI.. generally in new project JP gives more margin to brokers.. in some cases underwritters get margin of 10 to 12%. any other old projects of JP 3% is ideal ( I got to know after booking my flat) .. this is why it is good to discuss before buying..
Every broker has right to protect his part (comission/marging). Its depend on how informed u r about the whole process. Also, we should avoid getting into unpleasant situation with broker for 1%. Keeping him happy is also not a bad idea.. |

If you are getting a good unit with just 4% or 4.5% discount it is absolutely fine...you could save Rs 25000 but it is far better than going on higher floors or not so good unit...if you get a good unit you could make more money when reselling or if its for end use Rs 25000 is nothing as you will be living in that unit for so long......but leaving a good unit for just .5% doesn't make any sense as the time you waste in negotiation will give enough time to other investors to buy that unit aur fir haath malte reh jaogay.....
