JAYPEE GREENS - NOIDA

What do you guys think about Jaypee Greens in Noida?

Is this a good time to buy?
Is it a good investment?

Jaypee greens started booking @6100 psf...
Later they sold @4850...

now my manager was telling me that he has got an offer at around 4000.

Prices are sliding. I dont think here is any need to hurry.

How do rate the prices of greater noida Jaypee greens Moon court apartment at Rs 5400/Sqft as compared to noida.

The price of 2500 Rs/sqft is for wish town noida or it is for moon court apartments greater noida.

We are looking to invest in one of the Jaypee projects, all memebers out there who already have houses/apts with jaypee, pls can you all share with me what has been your experience in dealing with Jaypee in terms , 1.have they delivered what they promised
2.any instance where they tried to take buyer for a ride
3.how much can we negotiate with them under current market situation?

Jaypee is good only while selling. Later they leave customer unsatisfied. If you ask any question they will not reply. Only verbal replies are given. Dont know what is finally delivered.
You should be very careful while dealing with Jaypee.

are 3300 BSP as well as 2500 BSP realistic or just rumours ?! can anyone confirm as much . thanks.
