We booked a 1800 SqFt in Kensington Heights for 2762 base price. This price is after Rs 90 inaugural disc and then 7% disc on top of that. This is for CLP plan.

Is this a good deal for this property?

Bhaskar0001, this is the base price. The price of parking, club charges, IDC etc will be additional to this. I think the final price may be around 3300 psf.
