Default Jaypee Pavillion Height/Imperial court Golf properties

I am interested in buying flat for my parents in NOIDA also as a future investment. I would like the property to be less crowded.

Is Jaypee golf course property worth the price ? Pavillion height is around 5000 rs per sq ft. Imperial court property are around 6000Rs psf.

Do you see price appriciation in similar golf properties in gurgoan.

Thank you to all the readers for replying to this thread.

Thanks Buddy...what could be an all inclusive price for golf facing facility..When could the possession be expected... An answer will be highly appreciated... Is the price mentioned DP price or CLP...

Any other premium property which you could suggest in Noida which will be ready in about 1-1.5 years time.. around 4500-5000 per sq feet

Many thanks, Jai

there are no buyers, only sellers

many buyers bought properties in Pavillion Court at Rs 3000+-....

You can bargain hard and close a good deal at ~4000 to ~5000 level depending on location, facing etc

After SP has come to power in UP, FOCUS has shifted to Lucknow and not noida

SP has made announcement for metro etc in East UP. no plans for Noida etc

Moreover too much political uncertainity as Jaypee is totally of of favourwith SP
