Jaypee Sports City - impact on Jaypee Greens- Noida?
Jaypee has launched Jaypee sports city on Saturday - it was in the pipeline (soft launch) through brokers for several weeks I think .... Its a 2500 acre township that looks fantastic on paper.
can anyone comment on the kind of impact it will have on the running projects of Jaypee such as Jaypee Noida? More information including sitemap is here: http://www.jaypeegreens-sportscity.com/ They didnt return several calls though!!

Fishy. They are trying to sell as much as possible as quickly as possible. Their discounts from broker are the highest.

The Yamuna expressway seems to be getting developed full steam ahead though ... about 15 km from expressway the roads are all done. Also the proposed F1 track is coming up well .....

They have more focus on F1, since F1 would give them more brand value. THis is for the first time in India. Though I am not sure about any impacts on the existing project.s
