Hi All,

I am planning to book a 1575 sq ft flat in tower F or G (facing Paras Tierra). I am unable to find the earmarked place in master plan for the generator room and asked the logix people about the same. But they had not yet replied me. Does anyone here in the forum have the idea about it? Please help and also advise on my choice of tower F/G.

Dude.... technology has changed where have you been?

I went to a firends flat in Unitech Horizon Gr Noida.... and was standing infront of the Generator and didnt know if it was running or not not running... their was no sound no smoke...

Please note that Unitech Horizon is yet to get State power and gets all the power from their own gensets.

So the bottomline is, near a genset or far... it hardly matters, you wont even get to know!

I checked the new floor plan 1875 and following my observations.
1. Master bedroom size is reduced from 15X11 to 13x12 which is a very negative point. Atleast one bedroom should be of around 15x12 or 16x12 minimum.
2.Dinning table is shown just infront of toilet door, which is reality as you can not install dinning table better than as shown.
3.Utility is now 5x4.5 = 22.5 sq ft. There is some part gone near side for drainage as shown in plan and it looks around 1.5x2=3 sq ft so remaining utility area=22.5-3=19.5sq ft. Utility means atleast washing machine (2x2=4 sq ft) is to installed there. Now door will open in utility balcony side also. It will take 3x3=9 sq ft so remaining only 19.5-9-4=6.5 sq.ft so you have only 2.5X2.5 area around to move, to operate washing machine, I mean it is just messed up.
4.No balcony in one bed room but it may not be a big deal for some persons.
5. One major concern to me, kitchen main platform for cooking is behind the toilet.
6. No space for puja place with some small temple and space for sitting. There may be space for puja in dinning hall but it is not there.
7. Sizes of Dinning room & Drawing Room are overlapping hence the real sizes are not clear .

Dear Vishal,
I used to visit my family friends in multistories appt. in noida and once light goes, there is huge noise of generator in all appartments. I mean houses nearby to generator can not avoid this. Moreover if generator is installed below the houses then it is just big problem. Generally generator should be at separate place and no house above its building.
