Default Booked area vs. actual area

We booked 1275 sq. feets, but map of rooms shows appx. carpet area ( according to room sizes) a carpet area of 780 sq. feets. Please share your views. the co says carpet area will be 20% less than the booked area. what is your experience with the other builders.

I am an architect and interior designer by profession.... and recently surveyed projects on expressway at great length.
Of all the projects i like Logix the best..
Location is quite good although 2-3 kms ahead of ATS lot... But driving on expressway for another 2-3 kms is may be another 1 min drive.
I agree with plans... Type 1-4 are not really impressive, but Type 5-6 are quite good... infact better than any others...even 3C panache...
I have myself booked 1575 sqft Type 5 a month ago... hopefully a good deal
This project also has one more price advantage... If you can opt for Flexi payment plan...As initially you have to shell out a major amount, but after 2-3 installments, it almost become construction linked... unlike others. for other projects Flexi payment plan is more or less like Downpayment plan...
Agent discount can vary from 4-6% or may be more... but should go with agent who can give you services... as its not just one day deal... I went with decent agent at 4% discount...
So after getting Inaugral discount, Flexi payment discount, & Agent discount,...i booked it at 2531/- per sqft... Which i feel if good enough rate... compared to any lot around...
Hope this helps...

Can you guys tell me how Logic is goint to deliver in 18 months ?

Are they giving any fixed date for possesion? Is the date from the signing of builder buyer agreement ?
Is so, when do they intend to sign the builder buyer agreement?

Thanks

Has anyone got demand letter from Logix for the next 10% Installment ...?????

The Project is not yet Bankable by PSU banks, as some approval is pending......

Can the builder demand next 10% amount if his project is not bankable ..????
