Several people here referred wikimapia.org. Just went through this website and to my amazement, you can create anything on the map. I just created Logix Neoworld on the map. There is no approval or review or anything else. Surprised!!

It is the wires or cables and not the pylons / towers that cause a problem.The electric and magnetic fields are usually low enough by about 120 or 150 meters away even from the largest power lines. The ideal distence is 100 meters away from High tension wires.

High tension wires and ESS is in sector 149 and is at good distence of approax 70 meter from the raod deviding sector 149 and 150.

Also, if there are big trees and plantation/vegetation between wires and resedential areas, it reduces the intensity of electromagnetic fluxes.

The civil authorities should not permit live hi-tension wires in the vicinity of residential areas and also keep them away from the places where living beings are inhabited or frequented.

The problem of HT wires are more severe in 7X. In Sectors adjascent to Yamuna bank are little safe as it has lots of Vegetation around. But again pollutent gases/ions eminating from Yamuna with EMF will create problem in long run.

Keeping the above point in consideration NA is planning the beutification/plantation of Yamuna Bank. Hope it comes sooner and better.

Its good project to go for..

LCD is the new offer ? earlier it was not there... 45000 contributes to how much % of CN.

its is 6% on form, 3% on cr note, lcd is because a offer on property expo in noida sector 62.

It seems unit no 6 is good in D2/D6.

friends i was under the impression that officially its 5% discount on paper .... Is this news confirmed...and this D2 and D6 ... are these 1 BHK towers ?

i am equally surprised to hear 9% discount..+ LCD. i have sent PM to Noida_prop bro for the name of broker from Net Ambit as I know few of them. They had approached me at the very begining.. I thought what i am getting is the best..
