I am also looking forward to buy in Neo World. I am planning to hold on for an year only, expecting it to appreciate a good amount. Dealer has told me that soon Logix is going to remove the inaugural discount and cut the dealer discount to 5%. Currently, the dealer has agreed to give me 8% cut, so I guess he would be getting 10%.

But I doubt if the facilities they mention are of any good use to most of the residents. This is available at the lowest possible rate in Noida, that's the only reason I am going for it. If I could afford 37L, i would have gone for Logix Greens

hehe just to clarify .. by "jungle" .. i didnt mean wildlife and forests etc .. its just that those sectors are on the border of noida and GN and are quite isolated at the moment ... but yes maybe good in the long run looking at the price appreciation in sec 137, sec 100 etc :-)

Then in this case it make sense to buy in resale in aman -1 instead of Aman -2.

2-3 years back Sector-168 was jungle too then. Now see the same sector.

2940 in clp.. + 400 other charges + 2.5 L for car + 1.5 L for club..
