I am also looking forward to buy in Neo World. I am planning to hold on for an year only, expecting it to appreciate a good amount. Dealer has told me that soon Logix is going to remove the inaugural discount and cut the dealer discount to 5%. Currently, the dealer has agreed to give me 8% cut, so I guess he would be getting 10%.
But I doubt if the facilities they mention are of any good use to most of the residents. This is available at the lowest possible rate in Noida, that's the only reason I am going for it. If I could afford 37L, i would have gone for Logix Greens |

I just think in this way ............ if rates can go beyond 5000 in sectors like 137 and 168 after 2 years which is very much likely, I guess 4000 rates in case of Jaypee Aman would be easily achievable.

Then in this case it make sense to buy in resale in aman -1 instead of Aman -2.
