A really close broker of mine is insisting for investment.. He claims that 200 units are sold in pre-launch.. I have been told that there is no exit charge after 30%...
To me rates are looking very high but amenities are excellent... since i am
buying only for investment/selling purpose it doesn't bother me much...

I m interested in 1 BHK/2 BHK...

Will i get secondary buyers.. specially when Jaypee Aman, Yamuna Expressway and G Noida is nearby... I cant hold my money more than 2-3 years...

Senior pleas advise...

While Logix is a good builder ..... the sector 150/ 151 area is not even started in development phase .. (compared to Sec -128, 137, 143, 168 etc)

Its true that u can re-sale after 30% payment & Logix doesnt charge ..

Can't be sure about Re-sale options after 30% payment:
Inability to hold more than 2-3yrs might make it a bit dicy to get gud returns from expressway , hold time 4yrs might be a good time

i m ready to hol for max 4 years...

is the rate justifiable??

What should the prediction of rates after 4 years i mean at the time of possesion...?

looks good even at this rate .. much better than fd or stock markets .. (provided you have the big money required for investing in a flat)

Any corporates/institution operational there...?? i hv not been there... planning to visit tomorrow.. layouts are decent with proper space in living/dining arera... and its 14th story only..

Hopefully they will offer me additional corporate discount.. i could see various prices on different sites.. they might be not talking about other chages which is around 300 ..

Please fo a back ground check for Logix. How are its other project doing now? Are they on track or lagging? Logix may raise money and then divert it giving NEO low priority....

both prjects are in same sector... i m not aware of rate of jaypee aman... must b lesser than logix...

m planning to wait for another week though they r pressurising me saying rate revising soon...

Seniors ur input awaited...

JP aman is in Sec 151, Logix in 150.

151 come first , then 150, while comming from delhi..

Aman & logix both rates are nearly same with diff of 100-150 rs.

but in resale u can find good deals for Aman Phase 1 2400-2600.

Jp aman is small project & hence will become livable much faster than logix, So better to go for aman resale if one wants to invest in 150+ sectors

thanks bt i m looking for fresh booking only as i hv only 10% rest i want to gothrough bank.. i think logix has better amenities than aman.. also i m looking for a payment period of 3 years in clp.. want sel it after certain appreciation...
