Can any one suggest me a good sector in Noida, where i can find 2bhk or 1bhk for an immediate use. It should be close to Delhi, secure, space 4 car parking. My budget is 20-30 lakhs.

sorry buddy 2bhk ready to move in is a bit tough to find in your budget and keeping in mind your location preference!

Umesh sir itne mein to Not Ready To Move In Greater noida bhi shayad na mile! You might still be able to get a 1 BHK in Kendirya Vihar

I agree with vishal. lots of good empty flats in greater noida in this price, easy 40 minute drive to delhi.

30L might get you not so good Noida authority flats - possibly, I have not enquired

Umesh - I believe 1 BHK can be found in Noida in around 30L. 2 BHK won't be possible. Check magic bricks for dealer's number.

Not Noida, but you can get 2 Bed builder floor in Indirapuram within your price range. But you have to go and check with local property dealers.

I have started looking into the areas you all have told me.
Initail web search is showing some properties in Sector 52- Arawalli Appt, Sector 51- Kendriya Vihar, Sector 82, Sector 93 - Green View Appts, Sector 34 - Udayagiri Appt. I would be personally meeting the brokers too. Thanks for initial help.

Hi Umesh

Of these, Arawali will require substantial repair before any move-in.

Kendrya vihar is non-loanable property (dont remember the details but no bank will loan - might have changed now, i enquired about a year ago)

Where everybody say NO...........Pramad say yes...you can get it.

You can get 1BHK (88 sq yard) in SUPER LIG of NOIDA Authority in sector 100.(Opp Amity Univsity)
which is very near to DELHI.I am the owner of flat but the flat will be ready in 2-3 months from now...let me know if you are ready to buy..........
