Hi Guys and Gals [if any
]Please advice me to get my first step towards a home of mine. Thanks in advance and wishes for all. This is my first post, Although I came here many days back but I was busy exploring all threads and posts relevant to my requirement but I would say this forum is sea of real estate information and currently my boat is not capable of sailing through it, So I thought to directly ask all veterans and seniors a advice full of care and information for a living being like me ![]() My budget is low according to market but I am still hopeful to get a best and good deal by your suggestions. I am looking for a 1 BHK or 2 BHK flat either in NOIDA/NEW GHAZIABAD(vaishali, Indirapuram, vasundhra) in the same order of preference. Basically, My requirement was to get Ready to Move flat but for that I can pay max 30Lacs by getting loan as down payment option. But Its not possible i think in society flat. So, If any good builder is giving possession in 1 year or max 1.5 years then I would have the options of paying him in parts and then I think I will be able to manage till 35-38 lacs with loan having flexi option. Thus, Please understand my requirement and advice me any such builders, societies where I can get a flat in 35-38lacs with possession in 1 year. I know I have written a lot. Please bear with me and help me like your little brother. Really love you all sharing and letting others to dream for their budgeted homes.

smj bhai.. ab to indirapuram mein bhi 'decent' 2bhk is budget mein milna mushkil hai...
You would not get anything in gyn khand & Niti khnd atleast.. I would suggest you can go for Unihome1 750 sft flat in resale ... if you can aford the black component ... Posession will be sometime next yr ... and price would be somwhr arnd 30-33L BOL! |

Can you please advise whats the status as far as Unihomes and Jaypee are concerned? Locationwise (connectivity etc.), which is better option? When is possession of these expected and what is the status? Are these available on re-sale or from builder as first sale options? DO you / anyone know of some good broker who can help book a flat with these builders and offer max. rebate? Thanks a lot.....kind regards!

What is this RIM builder floor? Has Reliance India launched something ![]() seriously what do you mean by RIM and I heard indirapuram is costly then how can one get anything decent there... Please provide some more info. |
