I may sound biased or over optimistic(i have booked flat in this) but i think mahagun will not play anything with moderne project as they have high stake in near by projects and moderne itself . i am talking about mazziare and marvella which have costly flats and if they do any foul play regarding construction or delay possession that will hit them hard in their future project. Its just a optimistic POV.
pakapoor and DoubtingThmas like this.

But mahagun is totally fraud....if you see theor construction quality one will cry. once all apartments are ready you will start seeing mahagun rates going down. see their sec-50 property and then decide. don't believe in other words ..believe in yourself. their rates will be atleast 1000 shy from properties in the same area....its like parshwanath in sec-93 where no one wants to buy a flat.
Some body on the facebook forum was saying that the construction quality of Mahagun moderne is much better than the projects around. I know his analysis might be biased. Can you please advise how did you draw such an extreme conclusion about construction quality ? Would be nice if you can back your claims with some stats rather than empty rhetoric.

I too second that, the fact that Mahagun has taken up such ambitious projects clearly reflects that Mahagun is trying to move to the next level and of course needs to deliver top notch quality. Morever with the CR fiasco and the bad name after Mr Mahesh's case Mahagun should try to cover the lost ground.

agree to most of the discussions...but do you think one should give builder benefit of doubt for "change of Heart".

Yes we should give benefit of doubt to human species called "builders" as their heart and mind is directly effected by color of money .Their heart get changed if they see they are "loosing a lot of money" or they see they are "getting a lot of money" by changing the heart.

Interest charges are not commulative means they charges only for period of delay. Meaning from now If I don't miss any payment then amout will remain same i.e 27000 till possession

I have missed payment on PAN Oasis also.. will ask them if they have any separate ledger..

MM guys told me that interest charged is 8% for first 15 days and 15% there after...

Negotiation is going on to reduce 27k to few thousand...

Major point is as per BBA delivery is Dec 2012 and from June 1, 2013 I am eligible for "Late payment penalty".. I think I am not eligible any more...

No delivery for sure before Dec 2013 ..

same case with me... asking for 14000

I have seen their Sec-50 property and I didnt find any major construction problems. The person I visited also did not have any issues with the construction. Are the problems with construction or with maintenance? I didnt check on the maintenance aspect.
