1st April 2012 is so very far...i was hoping it to run before the end of this year... SHUCKS these execution DELAYS... I am so disappointed...

Proposed Metro at 0 kms from the project - is what agents are fooling buyers with.

It will be good if BMW govt inaugurates proper bus services on Eway to Greater Noida by 2012.

forget about metro atleast for now and those who are waiting for Buses as well. This is the time for preparation of elections for BMW and other political parties so no sop's for aam aadmi as of now. better wait and watch the results next year and then only if the politicians (ruling party) wishes, we will get some clarity on it.

I remember long back Zohaib mentioned

Bus Service or dedicated Bus Route has very little scope of making money for Politicians and Babus ... hence no one is interested in that.

Metro is a big money game .. time is not good for BMW to do anything meaningful at this time, except announcements. Now share money from metro deal is not compelling enough compared to Political gains for all parties.

After the election, equation will change and there can be a probability based on RE market.

That's the practical view.

Or else believe what your broker says ... the metro stop will be just in front your lift lobby. Builder will add one metro announcement speaker on your apartment too so that you don't waste your time at the platform.

Any how we can not hope for Metro for another few months, I think BMW herself in huge pressure. Lets hope only after election.

FNG is an another... Example. but actually fooling by Builders and Brokers.

That's an old NEWS buddy, in fact Metro has already reached Gnoida via Parichowk and the property rates have already manifolded there

Authority is now planning to take Metro to Dadri & GN phase-2. HA HA HA
