Need a 2 BHK in underconstruction project, budget is 35L - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello,

I tried a lot to get a 2BHK in 35L budget on Noida expressway. I visited almost all the projects. The more i research the more i get confused. There are lots of option with several risk. I finally zeroed in on two builders - Logix and 3c. In both the cases construction is already in advanced stage and inventory is very less with few options and with a good appreciation.

I need help from seniors, should I wait for another new project launch in coming time, by the time the hurdels going on at Noida would also get clear.

Wait to do the booking till this land issue mess settles in Noida. Please don't hurry as you would get plenty of opportunity to do a booking, directly by the builder or in re-sale.

Lot of people is selling kensington boulevard at pre-launch rate.

Try 2 BHK in Jaypee KBA. You will easily get in 35 lakhs

I am afraid by name of JP in Noida as they continue to delay the projects. I think this situation is wait and watch till all the mess get clear and pay the premium when this projects of reputed builders becomes ready. It would be a safe state when the projects get delivered
