Hi Guys,

I am a new member of this forum.
I am looking 2BHK flat in noida. Mu budget is 35-40 lakhs and my preferred location are sector-78, 79, 120, 121, 77.

please suggest me few option which I can look for.

I heard "Shubkamna lords" in sector-79. Can you guys please suggest me on this option.

as an alternative, you may look for RG Residency sec 120 possession may be by end of 2013, Unihomes-3 new project, possession might take 3-4 years

I am also looking for 1-2BHK for investment with 30l budget, not sure if investing in Amrapali Terrace homes at link road is a safer option at this point. it is around 5-6kms from 7x sec. but also way more cheaper for investment pov

But I am looking flat in Noida only not in NE.

Also RG Residency price are quite high in sector-120 now.

Any one has booked flat in "Shubkamna lords" in sector-79
