Need help in buying a flat in Noida - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

I am new to this forum..and after reading few forum discussion..I felt like discussing my concerns over here.

I would like to get a 3 bhk flat (around 1400 sq ft - 1800 sq ft ready to move flat) in Noida area. But i want it to be closer to metro station and near by to Delhi(as I have many relatives in delhi..so want to be in touch with them frequently).

My budget is around 60 lacs - 75 lacs (max when screw up my whole life savings and have to go for a big home loan

). Till 60-65 lacs I am in comfortable state.

Can anybody suggest me on this. I have been to sec -58, 62 and 18 during my job in Noida (worked with CSC organization) and really found these sectors safe and nicely populated.

Also I am open to Indirapuram area specially the part which is too closer with sec 62 noida. And what about Noida authority flats??

Please suggest me and any suggestion is much appreciated.
