In 2 yrs time frame..lot of changes happened in GN..read as in lot of folks moved to GN...so losing that ghost town feeling.
General feel of that place is definitely more UP rather than urban rich crowd in GGN/S.Delhi.so if you are bar hopper/partying person/ like to get high in hi-society parties.then GN is not the place...Folks I have come across are sr. executives in big companies..no business owners (thankfully!!)
But GN overall has become sufficient..for white electronics/apparels/furniture one still has to go to Noida but for everything else, no need to venture out.
Summary--for investment--Expressway wins...but I still don't get that part where driving for next 15 minutes, you are in nice city rather than middle of no-where in x-way...Expressway is not livable for next 2-3 yrs.
I personally would have liked to buy independent house in proper Noida...but priced out..don't have 3-4 crore spare lying around.
Flats won't get appreciation as buyers always have choice from IP/CR/NE but GN is place where one can pack bags and start living great life today in luxury RTM society...It is all constructed and done ..GN won't appreciate until Metro comes along.

It was just a simple typo friends.. I was copying 'n' pasting id and probably I copied my own id instead of ncrinvestor and pasted it. My own id is quiet similar to ncrinvestor :-) Please hold on a bit before jumping on to your favorite judgement of labeling someone as broker.

If I was a broker I wouldn't be asking newbie questions here Process of buying under construction project - Start to End. Friends, I invite you guys too to help me understand the process of buying an under construction project.

Thanks for sharing...

No worries cookie.

I liked some of your posts about GNoida while exploring this forum. I would appreciate if you could contribute to the thread I mentioned in my previous post. Thanks.
