Metro anouncements have become a quarterly phenomenon now

What will happen to those sign-boards planted by 137 builders, highlighting that the metro station will be right opposite to these sectors?? (some I believe had also mentioned the metro parking fees

)

Nutshell, no metro in Sec137 - rates to fall from current ~3400psf to ~2700psf very soon!!!!

4 new metro route proposed today is separate from Greater noida expressway. Sec32 to G.npoida is already appd and will go thru 78 and 137 as mentioned earlier. There is no change in this line.
