Amrapali's Sector 4, Greater Noida is "0" km from Hindon Bridge (see attached image).

This makes this location just 3-4 kms from Sector 70/119/120/121 and availability is at 55 % of the prevailing rates in these sectors.

Sounding like a good investment opportunity.

Can you pls also mark the location of proposed/rumored/wishlist metro stations on the map both for Noida and Greater noida.

How far is this area from Noida?
Lets say from sector 82 bhangel area.

The proposed/rumored/wishlist metro route is marked with bold red color line in the attached jpeg.

The stations would be at every 1 km.

The only proposed metro route by DMRC goes through 50, 75, 82 .....and that too is just proposed by DMRC (not finalised yet by either them or by NA)

The one being proposed by you here, does it have any credible source ?
or is it wishful thinking of some builders and property dealers and being fed to public to sell projects ?

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE ROUTE TOWARDS GNOIDA UPTO PARI CHOK and that is from SEC-50,75,82, PARI CHOK.......

Hahaha, I see all this as funny that on this forum we argue on Metro route.

Well, It is too early to say that Greater Noida 1 or 4 would be great/good investment opportunity. Location always matters and only being on 'FNG' or on 'Expressway' doesn't work

A lot of other things are also required otherwise today Greater Noida were not a False-'Rapid-growing-area' from so many past years.

And I think Greater Noida sec -1 and sec 4 should be seen as inevstment opp in Greater Noida - Not in Noida.

Lets hope for the best and please - Use DMRC site for referring metro's proposed lines LOL
