It will surely going to take much more time than Noida's sectors. One can think if these sectors - 75/76/119/120/121 are so near to noida city/already habited places and available why wud one go 6-7 kms far to live. Considering in mind fuel rates always increase. very person looks for a flat in better location first. I dont think Just to save few lakhs, a wise person will invest in a more insecured,more distant place. Even I estimate that location is even not better for those who r in Greater Noida(Why dont they wil live in main greater Noida why to live so far when availability is there !) Regards ! Noida Extention is nothing its a greater noida's part, Noida extention is a publicity stunt by builders and dealers.

I measured distance from sai mandir by car today: Gaur City (sect 4 Gr Noida) is 8.25km Supertech Eco village or Panchsheel Hynus (extending 2 lane road towards south) is 9.5kms. I dint like the area at all. Its even better to book ready to move in flats in crossings if someone consider this option. Though the road towards noida from that location will be jammed by crossing etc people in coming years..... not livable area until atleast 5 yrs.... big NOOOO for me as a end user.....

The bridge over Hindon river is ready, hoever, the roads are still under construction(Seem to be completed in 4-6 months). The connectivity from gzb, noida, and gr noida looked gud to me. the supertech 800 sq ft 2bhk 14.5 all inclusive looked impressive to me. also though all the other builders are asking for 27-30 month to give possesion, supertech is planning to give possession from july next yr.. If any one else visits the site or have some more info on the project.. please do share. -Abhinav |

Friend, Supertech is so much delayed even in ts prime project currently: sect 93B.. forget about eco village.. Anyway Gaur city which is 2kms before eco village is offering lesser raets than it.

Land is available for sale in sector 72.
Just saw on 99 acres.com Say if 4 people come together and purchase land worth Rs. 60 lacs and build a 4 strory apartment, cost of construction 20 lacs, (60+20 = 80) 80 lacs 4 3 bedroom floors. It is a hypothetical situation and based on very vague calc, but this can be done!! Suggestions invited!!
