Noida extension is Sector 1 and Sector 4 of Greater Noida.

These area are around 4-5 kms from Sector 121, Noida, i.e. the road from Sector 121 would pass over Hindon river and reach Sector 1/4 in Greater Noida.

The bridge over Hindon is ready.

These sectors in Greater Noida are around 7-8 kms from Noida city center.

One more point, the Noida - Greater Noida Metro might pass through Sector 1/4 of Greater Noida, hence this area would have a very high appreciation potential.

Nope.

What I mentioned is one of the proposals/rumor/wishful thinking going around regarding Metro route between Noida and G Noida.

If I had more insight (i.e. working with DMRC), I would not have used the word "might".

Firstly, well I don't think this is the proposal yet. If it is really a proposal pls reveal the source of this information for the benefit of others.

Secondly, you really think it is worth discussing rumors/wishful thinking on this forum? I think the reason people come to these forums to get real unbiased true information. If we also start speculating here then we defeat the purpose of the forum and there is no difference between us and the builders/realtors out there.

The connectivity of this sector with both noida and ghaziabad is said to be good. So, I agree with sanjeev that appreciation of this area can be expected to be good in coming future as it is very affordable at present.

But for personal use is this sector good enough to put your money?
