Someone said "Builder Integrity"

I am pretty sure that the builders themselves must have fed the babus in Noida Authority so that FAR could be increased.

i think following article is pretty clear http://www.indianexpress.com/news/no...arking/676579/ . FAR for green buildings has increased 1 % . in percentage terms old FAR was 275 %(not 2.75 , its a ratio). so new FAR will be 276%.

Unfortunately FAR is increased more for green bldings. means more no. of flats /acre in green blds. Whats the point of having congested green bldings ?
Buts its correct FAR increased from 2.75 to 3.75....Bldrs have already started discussions on how they are going to make use of this ruling..by raising tower height or adding more towers.....
Dont expect any price reduction in those projects which are already 50%++ sold. But any new launch now onwards, can keep this factor in mind while pricing the product.
