Default Noida has Expanded - Cheaper Accomodation?

Noida has expanded. What will be the impact on the RE scene here. Cheaper houses? More congestion?

so whats the new value. existing value was 2.75 . I am dreading the prospect of builders increasing number of flats in towers in undergoing projects.

It can not be good. Expect more towers in your project

far increased to 3 for all buildings and 3.75 for green buildings. i have booked in lotus panache and it is a green building. can 3C increase number of flats at this stage.

Yes, going by the way the are moving, its very likely they will.

I was told Supertech is still building towers in the Emrald court project because the FAR increased before they were issued completion certificate.

It would be very unprofessional of 3C/Logix to increase the
Number of towers / floors ...
Lets see kya hota hai

The builder would try on every legal or illegal possibility to increase the towers or floors

i think we will have to be very vigilant and be ready for court action if they do so.
