Lightbulb Noida Sectors and Builders "A Big Question"

I think this discussion is pending for a long time. We should or need to compare all these builders and sectors very precisely.

Many of my friends are confused and jittery where to invest (concerning to which Sector and which builder at what price).

I think Noida is blast with enormous options . . . wherein customers need to be like watchdogs . . . Even after deciding the Sectors the end Customer stuck up with Price, additionally with whom to go with Dealer or builder again a matter of Confusion. Dealers give lucrative discounts but thn authencity is at toss as builder hung-up with the fact that "Kindly contact your Dealer".

As a customer we need to figure out
What to do . .Where to go. . .Whom to Contact so on and so forth.

As far as my understanding, Sector 75 & 76 will atleast take 5-7 years to develop its Infrastructure and thn add atleast a 2-3 years to develop. So in short its a decade SHOW.

Now about builders

Gaursons, ATS, Prateek, Exotica and Supertech are Good builders timely delivery and nice Quality

Mahagun is a Dormant n Volcano Quality & Delivery is OK

Amarpali is flooded with Projects which will not only end-up in creating mess and a big issue with Customer in later stage. They are just rotating customers money and vouching on thr forthcoming IPO***. But a little failure to thr expectation and its all over

Omaxe, Parsvanath & Unitech are gone case now,believing on them means putting foot on Axe.

Gardenia Sethi Group and RG Group is too new Chap to believe in. God Bless

Hi Friend- Proexpert,

Though multiple similar analysis exist in this forum, there is no harm in reading a new thread.

Also there is no parameter to call a builder good or bad. We can just give our openion and share our experience with others.

Though I wud like to ask you some information due to which you called builders good or bad

1. Reason behind calling Supertech as good builder.

2. Reason behind calling Prateek a good builder and if Prateek is a good builder then why not Gardenia/Sethi or RG

3. Reason behind calling Omaxe, Parsvanath & Unitech are gone cases ? Provided Omaxe has twin towers just in front of some of your "Good Builders" and Unitech has land almost in same state as some "Good Builders"

4. How can you forget Ajnara/ Gulshan/Logix/3C and other 137 builders ?

5. What made you to say sector 75/76/119/120/121 will develop in more 5-7 years ? If so then whole Noida's growth shud be stopped now ? Do you think just because so many projects are launching, development of Noida wud become slow ?

I am not saying all you wrote is wrong, some may be right or partially right but we shud be putting sufficient reason when we label something as good/bad/God Bless

Prateek a good builder??? Boss how many projects have they delivered?

Bro, you are new around here you need to check on a few posts go thru a few threads and then make comments.... BTW have you seen the quality of cosntruction at Supertech in 93?? Boss a fla without posession has seepage!

Ur feedbacks are appreciated

As far as Supertech is concerned by few flats e can say its doing aeful . . . as u said coke indian this is just my opinion nothing otherise.

I missed few builder names that does not mean that they are bad.
Prateek is as new as Gardenia or Sethi but i think u need to check out the quality, u ll u/s y its more preferable.

Also RG is thr but its thr first Resdential Project that too in Noida.

3c's and logix how many projects in Residential and hr r thr deliverables.

No on Omaxe or others . . .these are old names in North Indian RealEstate but hr are they,ats thr project status and thr project cash flow . . .

U need to check out Sector -75 & 76 status . . . Bunkers and other loop holes
hereas 119 & 120 are surrounded with better sectors and infrastructure ise also its uncomparable to any other new sectors.

Though apart from ur valuable openion, people who invested in his past projects have been raising complaints regardng quality of construction and delayed possession

Upcoming - 1 in Noida

Gardenia : Delivered - 0

Decide who's new and who's construction quality is better but whatever u say put with facts or say "My Openion" ;-)
