Guys..
Update from my side.. I zeroed on couple of 2 BHK + Study in Mayur Vihar and Vasundhara Enclave.. but still looking for more options.. Today someone has suggested me have plot in noida sector 44,70,71.. where I can get 90 Sq. Mt Plot of 84 lacs.. which by adding 15 lacs can have own house.. Though idea sounds good to me.. but has one has any idea about the plot deals in noida.. will this be good decision or not.. |

Its Noida Authority Plot.. 44 sec is around 2-3 km from botanical garden and 70 is same from city center.. which might be extended in next 2-3 years..
Not sure much abt the security.. I don't there will be any gated community as such for plots.. |

You should easily get a 2 BR in the society areas of MV 1 within walking distance of Metro for around 1 cr. Make sure that you buy on the ground or first floor as most 2 BR societies do not have a lift . If for end use then blindly go for it, not many places better than this , 24 hr water and electricity supply and excellent social infracture. It is very safe for elderly parents and young children. If you are lucky you might even get a full white deal. PS I live in MV 1 and own a plot in sec 44. |
