Noida Vs Delhi - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello Friends,

I'm looking for a 3BHK in east delhi with a budget of 1 Cr. But Not getting good options. Though in Noida I'm getting very good options.

But, after doing some ground research I found after change of govt. there is major issue of electricity and other infrastructure related issue in Noida even in sectors like 25.

Can any local noida guy tell me the exact situation on they face on daily basis.

Or should I go for good 2 BHK + Study kind of thing in Delhi..

Buy 2, 1340 sqft size units in Gulshan Ikebana for 1 cr which is hotcake on the Noida Expressway. Take profit in few months if you can't wait, some of the projects in Noida have scheme which allow no EMI for 2 years or until possession so you can book in those projects at same time. PROFIT hi PROFIT

boss dont buy, both of u.
with a budget of 1cr you r asking so basic questions to the point of being silly.

either you are fool or fake or just praying to be slaughtered by the brokers soon.

Calm down yaar, I highly recommend you look into Gulshan Ikebana if you are not looking for ready to move apartments. Ready to move apartment from good reputed builder in Noida will cost you around 50 to 70 lacs for 1000 to 1400 sqft, which in my opinion is not wise thing to do.

With 1 cr, invest in newly launched projects, don't invest in Noida Extension or you'll just have lots of tension. Prices will keep rising on Noida Expressway when they stop rising in Noida and Noida Extension.

Dear I need 3 BR apartment or builder floor rtm in Delhi only and with in range of 10 km from cp. I can not buy in noida or any other location due to family constraint....

Did you mean 50L for 1340 Sqft. all incl.

lolz I do realize each unit will cost him close to 60 L for all inclusive but in property it can go up or down few lacs so it should be understood without saying.
