Hello, I am planning to buy a 3 bhk flat in NRI city sec 45.The nearby amrapali, gardenia and unitech projects have appreciated significantly.It's location is also the best -closer than sec 137/75/76 to sector 18 and Delhi.
It is a bit costly though, by 3-4 lakhs, but is giving modular kitchen and cupboards in bedrooms.

Builder " M/S SDS Infratech", Their current ongoing project is in Greater Noida by the name of NRI Residency.
The basic cost price is Rs 3300/- per sq ft.
Inaugural Discount is Rs. 100/- per sq ft
RGPC Special discount is Rs. 100/- per sq ft
Rs. 3100/-
If any body have more or different details/information. Please share.

NRI residency is exactly 3.0 Km from botanical garden metro and mahamaya flyover and 4.0 km from ATTA/Sec 18(one red light for Atta and metro and none for mahamaya flyover). Construction is on in nearby Amrapali and Untitech grand .All this could explain why this project is costlier than others.But this also makes its chances of appreciation better. and with Amity and other upcoming projects/high rise buildings coming up, the ambience will surely improve over next 3-5 years.It is also a bit removed from the nearby village.So, if one can afford it, NRI looks like a good option for both investment and living.

I met their executives in company's sec 18 office. They seemed OK though quite rigid about cost. Another feature of their payment schedule is that they have only construction linked plan -- no down payment or flexi.The agents are using this as evidence of company's sound financial background.
Also, they are not going heavy on adverisement and have only a few agents.I don't know the significance of this.

I am not really sure if it is true or they have put in a different plan for 1250.
