Default Nri residency sec 45 noida

Neev associate given NRI residency ad yesterday close to sec 45 amrapali saphirre .It is 15 acre plot exacly opposite to unitech coming up with 700 flats.Talking about the price with neev told 3135 BSP after discount and arnd 500 psf other charges.They are not giving any furhter discount that too when project is not yet launched.Thn Y someone will book in this project when at this rate still hv PAN Oasis option?

Well lets wait till the more details come forward. Can you provide some more details?

Sec 45 is anyday a better location than Sec 70.

Look at the map. I think any sector nearer to Delhi, GN Expressway and Atta Market is better than going deep inside Noida.

This does not mean Sector 70 is bad, this is a relative comparison. Take the example of Amrapali Sapphire, I think that is a better location than PAN Oasis.

This is my personal view, you can agree to disagree with me. Home buying is always relative, what works for one may or may not work for somebody else.

Will appreciate to knwo more details about the project as well as the builder considering the location is extremely good.

Question NRI residency sec 45


NRI residency is exactly 3.0 Km from botanical garden metro and mahamaya flyover and 4.0 km from ATTA/Sec 18(one red light for Atta and metro and none for mahamaya flyover). Construction is on in nearby Amrapali and Untitech grand .All this could explain why this project is costlier than others.But this also makes its chances of appreciation better. and with Amity and other upcoming projects/high rise buildings coming up, the ambience will surely improve over next 3-5 years.It is also a bit removed from the nearby village.So, if one can afford it, NRI looks like a good option for both investment and living.

I met their executives in company's sec 18 office. They seemed OK though quite rigid about cost. Another feature of their payment schedule is that they have only construction linked plan -- no down payment or flexi.The agents are using this as evidence of company's sound financial background.I don't know the significance of this.

Hi Could somone please provide some more info on this builder.SDS infra?
location wise its much better than other developments but the only concern is background of this developer.

Talking sds infra

Hi
I have booked a flat in NRI residency sec 45 a few days back.I met their executives in their sec 18 office.They seemed reliable people and the dealing was fair though they didn't negotiate much.This is their 2nd project- the 1st one is under construction.
