Has anybody analysed the project details of NRI residency sector-45,Noida. Project looks good w.r.t location,floor plan. Cost coming arounf 3700-3800 psf all inclusive. Is it comparable with Amrapali Saphire nearby. What is market reputaion and past performance of the builder SDS Infra. Any member having any information requested to share.

Dear Mr. Jha
Stay away from the project. the entire thing is total trash. People who put money in this project are going to regret as there is no reputation of the builder to deliver. Just location does not make for good project. It may be a fly by night affair...

I think you have not aware about the project totally if you will see cluster plan & layout plan then u will never tell like this it really seems very good

people speak about the reputation of the builder without any basis . Tell me how many residential projects delivered by 3c and logix!

at least they have delivered lots of commercial projects .. SDS infra ne to woh bhi nahin kiya hai !

U just need to walk the other side of expressway and see some projects delivered by Both and the construction quality is superb. Now that they are doing Residential projects they come with huge reputation from their commercial work. But probably you are more knowledgeable about this SDS. Pls convey to all how many projects it has done including Residential and commercial. on what basis one should put their hard earned money on this one. also tell all about who all are funding the group including some UP politician...

I had been to greater noida about a year back . At that time I was they were very actively engaged in a near completion commercial project .secondly I believe building construction is not a rocket science. If the project is booked 50 pc , I believe it will be thru.

SDS Infratech Owner was Involved with Neilkanth group and deliver a project Now they have TWO project One in GNoida, Second in Sec-45, Now agin they are going to launch a commercial project in Yamunna Express highway Plot has alloted to them by the authority i have seen that paper also.
