Can you please give your opinion and facts for Paras Tierea in Sector 137. Location seems fine & discounts are also good as of today.

It is good . I have been there. The location is good.I am also planning to book one.

well if u r fine with the location then I would just suggest u to compare its layout with others..

I already book in low floor 2914 , 2nd fløor without plc. They have good in const quality. Just opp commercial and nr expressway. In fut good appct received.thx

I only asked for Paras Tierea (Highrise), the offer which I have is for 2700 (all inclusive) for 4th floor.

CLP, Flexi OR DP?

the price is for CLP but Lease & IFMS are not inclusive in this one.
