Paras Tierea Studio
Has somebody booked a studio apartment in paras tierea, if yes whats the future of stiduo apartments in Noida expressway?
How viable are they from investment prespective? Please share your view on this. |

not a good option from investment prespective...
SA's are not a good option from investment prespective...you are paying approx 4200 PSFT ...for wood work and AC etc....this is something you cna get it done for approx 300 PSFT....in you flat/.....and they are charging approx 1000/- PSFT extra for the same.....so honestly I don't find them good.....
even for the rental purpose....very less chances of getting a good deal..or company lease...since companies are also smart these days ...ewither they got for 3-4 BHK flast ..or a fully furnished Villa...where they can ahve multiple guest....and if its a senior person....probably prefer a hotel room instead of SA.... and bachelors generally go for 2-3 BHK shared appts....which makes it affordable for them and landrod get good rent too ..... so a big No...from my prespective.... cheeers...
