Aditya is a clear NO
They are the most consistent builders when it comes to DELAY in delivery and CHANGE in original layout plan...
I think rather people should visit MegaCity in Indirapuram and get the review from ppl there. Its the worst layout in IP, the road facing flats have a big BigBazaar building, a mall etc stopping all view...

Celebrity Homes.....He He....Who cares even if Bipasha Basu is the owner next door...she gets the apartment free and never lives there...but a common man...pays from a 10 year loan and imagine her living next door...and not to forget....the typical dilli bakwaas "oye malu hai..mere pados main bipasha ka ghar hai yaar..."

Hi,

I finally decided to cancel my booking in Aditya Celebrity homes sec 76, and i thought i should share my story with you.
I booked a flat in this project in Feb, and i was informed about the specifications by emails, in which the kumar linkers dealer sent me a MOU and other specification documents which were similar to other builders specification.
He asked me that after i deposit 10 % then they will do the paper work and according to the application form the buyer agreement should complete within 30 days.
But The builder delayed the process of agreement.
I forced the builder and the kumar linker dealer to complete the paper work, and finally the asked me to sign in the agreement. They said that you can come to our office and after reading it sign it, and i will get a photo copy.
I went there and i asked them that i need to read it first, and i got a photo copy of the same. while reading i found that there is not specified any thing in my favor, even they have not mentioned the completion date, i found everything against me, even i was not supposed to file any complain against the builder. I told to the kumar linker agent that why this agreement is different than what was told to me. he said he cant do anything, so asked him to cancel my booking. He gave me a cancelation application form in their format and filed, signed it and submitted to it. now its been 2 month still i have not got my money back. This was really a very bad experience, what i learnt is that never trust any builder or any agent, please your time think properly and read the documents before singing. i am sure this builder will definetly create the problem to the customer who has invested with it.

Aditya & Kuman Linkers should be blacklisted. Aditya has in any case very poor track record. No wonder there are few buyers for his project.

Hell No to such repute builder. Those who know about this builder would never invest or suggest to invest in this peoject.
