Just a thought wanted to share....couple of months back I enquired about this project, the sales guy told that builder has (planned to / allotted) the corner flats to some celebrities, hence the project is named Celebrity Homes....just wondering who those celebrities are!!! Marketing!

You are right the all the corner flats are given to one celebrity.

The name of celebrity is Shakti Kapoor.

And just got the breaking use all first floors flats are booked for upcoming models and actresses.
Future celebrity in making under the right supervison.

thanks for your valuable suggestion, but m still not getting how these builder are surviving in the market from past 30 yrs. it means they have something really good with them. because survival of builders really matters for me.
we really can not rely on new builders who did not deliver any project till now.
thats why i want some reviews from those people who are the buyer of their apartments

What is your point here. You are seen in various threads praising and recommending this builder and project. Also declaring that you are a very satisfied customer and have booked here. You seem to be the only buyer and expert of Aditya. So you why dont you yourself give the sales pitch of your favorite project...

well me have a penthouse at mega city and am pretty happy with the possession and quality of construction. thought there are issues with some blocks because still under construction, otherwise like c block where i live was handed over in 1.5 yrs. so i think they went bout it phase wise.
i also wanted to know about celebrity homes but have got any reviews yet.

Just because you have no issue with Aditya, you acre concluding that all is well in Aditya Mega City.

Since you are resident there, why do not you tell us about;

=inordinate delay in handing over of flats
=Change of plans and new towers right in middle
=School becoming residential tower
=Dengue in your society
=How much green area is left in society vis-a-vis original plan

By the way, are you related to Parul who has posted here? Asking just out of curiosity as both of you are promoting Aditya.
