HI friends,

Whts ur opinion about RG Residency at sec 120????Isn't it great location-wise????

How abt a deal under Flexi-payment at 2800/sq ft for this??Shud i go for it?

I think RG residency is offering a good deal and they are charging extra charges on the basis of actual build up area. Also the podium concept is good which is new in noida. My concerns are location and reputation of Builder. Havent heard much apart from ads on Radio. Location wise I think there is a Village on the other side of road which will take much time to develop.

Today only I was offered a rate of 28.77 L (all inclusive) + PLC for 961 sqft Flat...
Can anyone please share his/her thoughts on this rate???
Is it a good rate to go for???

You could get Gaur Grandeaur Sec 119 Ph II - psf price all inclusive is 2800 including PLC (25 Rs) for 8 floor for FLEXI plan. Then why go for RG Residency.
