Where is Noida heading .....???

The Advt shuld be like ..

Noida GHP - Phase I Sold Out ..

Phase 2 - Auctioning Open....

And by 2010 end ALLL of Noida will be "Sold Out ".....

Btw.. did anyone notice the following mentioned in RED and in bold in their ad in TOI : "HEIGHT NO LIMIT"

"HEIGHT NO LIMIT" ( In my opinion read as : We dont care about the environment, facilities, what happens if any of these buildings catch fire... Just multiply your money by building n floors and selling them to ignorant crowds)

Height No Limit i.e. No Objection from NOIDA authority......but definitely aviation regulatory board can over rule this...I presume there has to be separate approval from Aviation Authority (perhaps).....
Btw....Sector 77 will only be successful once Sector 75 & 76 is sold out which in all probability doesn't seem practical in near future....
All the Best to the New Launches.....Perhaps all launches will be sold maxm upto....30-40% for coming few months / years !!!!

All earlier bid advertisements for plots in sec-137, 75, 76 etc were similar as today's with "Height No Limit" hence all builder planned high-rise. In my opinion there must be limit say 10 or 11 max other wise infrastructure and amenities will become unmanageable. Everybody in power just seem to make quick money, authority ppl have closed eyes towards end users. Poor planning!
