Sector 104 Noida Playground OR Group hosuing Plots?
As per Moida 2021 master plan sector 104 Noida is shown as Sports Center and City park area. But I was told many new residential projects are coming up in that designated Sports center area.
How far this is true and if so how cone Noida authority changed their own master plan ? Krish |

Sports City is no more....
Sports City is no more happening. No bids were received for the sports city last year.
75, 76, 77, 104, 107 all part of earstwhile sports city are now being sold off to builders. The noida map is obsolete, every now and then there are amendments to the master plan but the map is not updated at the site. Probably you can get the latest from the authority office. |
