I am getting a deal to purchase NDA 2 Bedroom flat(Sector 62- Noida Development Authority- Rajat Vihar), cost- 36 lacs . Is it an OK deal?

deal is ok .. but see the locality .. big village just behind the society .. also i think the deal will be through power of attorney .. please check legal stuff !
