Default Sector 93 (2002) = Sector 137 (2010) True?

I read somewhere in this forum that back in 2002 Sec 93 was just like what Sec 137 is today. Does any know:

1. when were projects like ATS, Purvanchal, Eldeco, Supertech launched? and delivered?

2. what were the prices at which these flats were originally sold at launch? (most of us know the prevailing prices today)?

Generally do people really feel that Sec 137 will shape up like Sec 93 in the future? and if yes how long in the future?

The cheapest flat in ATS was 21-23 lakhs.
Strictly not comparable. Prices of construction have doubled in the interim.

I guess the biggest role in the habitation of sec-137 will be played by office spaces which are coming up in the near by sector , 142 like Advant Navis , Ansal Api, 3C oxygen. As the nearest most residential sector to all these places is sector-137.
And if gud enough number of companies will come there then people don't mind statying over there.
Another thing is how quickly the birdges over the Irrigation drain gets completed as it will connect the 137 with the 93 and 92 sectors, so that a person does not have to use the e-way for gng to 82 market.
The completion date of one bridge is 6-12-2010. (Beetween sec 136-137 near the fresco)

Totally agree with cost of construction going up and it will continue to do so. I meant more in terms of amenities, location, driving distance to market, esp whether 93 had the same deserted look that 137 has today?

Was the Eway even in place back then?

So whats the current status of these 'proposed' office spaces in Sec 142?

Are they proposed by NA authority only on paper or has the land been already sold to the developers?

Is sales/construction underway for any of these commercial/office projects?

Last time I visited BC site (in Sec 137) - it seems like a rather remote place and I rejected it on first look as being far from habitation. But seriously reconsidering now.

Yes the e-way was under construction like the Taj e-way is under construction now. When flats were handed over in 2005-6, my friends would say they head to Sec 18 (5 km away) for needs. and yes it was deserted. You see hustle bustle today then the flyover didn't exist. It was proposed.
A lot of things were proposed. 70 acre cricket stadium in sec 94. Railway station. Golf Course near Sec 100. People have forgotten.

Well thanks for that...
But my ground work is related to only e-way projects...
I did a lot of traveling in the area on my bike on the kaccha roads.
Yesterday I almost got lost in the sec-91 forest as I was not able to figure out the way out
