Dude, You must be confused, Actually NA acquired the Land in Sec = 143 B like 7 - 10 years back but Sikka might got the allotment by NA one year back or so.

Their is no dispute in land of Expressway because they acquired on the stage of construction of Noida - GNoida expressway time in the year 1999-2000 - Noida Authority

BTW now Sikka ppl should do something about bhumi poojan date...atlest give somehting in written...even any date would do...but there has to be some written official communication from them.....

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and have recently booked 2bhk at SKG in famed tower. Sikka employee told me that they have invite tender for construction and my broker also confirm that Ahluwalia Contracts is the contractor for SKG. Sikka soon going to launch 90 floor twin tower on 7.5 acres land with L&T.

Congrats and Welcome to the SKG. Good to know that they have given the contrat of SKG to Ahluwalia. However I couldn't see this anywhere online. Probably they are still negogating with them.

Until now we have heard about 70 stories from Sikka guys....90 stories seems pretty interesting and if its true then I guess its tallest one in India .... lets see if this is just a rumor or there is some substance with it

BTW, did you ask about registry of land or any other information they shared about starting the construction or Bhumi Poojan date?

seems like you talked to Mr Misinformation Jha at sikkas office ....if all is left to sikkas marketing people ...they may launch a building on mars also soon .....seems like more the delay in bhoomipoojan/registry of SKG higher would be the building on adjoining plot .....it could be 100 plus floors by july end ....

i heard frm someone that the apartments above 100th floor are rotating, they will complete one 360 round in 12o mins

let me guess that someone was from the most imaginative sikkas marketing team lead by effevescent Mr jha .......

i have heard if you talk to them in july about bhoomipoojan dates of skg then there may be proposal of rooftop olympic size swimming pool also on adjoining twin 110 storey towers(they will be 110 stories as soosn as mosnsoon hits) .....and if you ask the same question in august then they may add free bunjee jumping from the bridge between two towers for residents .........
