Sunworld is going to launch his project in sec-107, location is better than heart beat, Project is going to launch in 7.5 Acre. I got today a mail. Rate also seems Reasonable. They are making 3BHK & 4BHK High rise & low rise Duplex Also.

how much area of sec 107 still left ?? claims had been made that 3C holds majority of it. Even they have sold a part of it to amrapali. From where this new group came in picture? Hope this project is not a fake one?

"Sunworld Vanalika" -> Why do i feel that this name could have a great future if launched as a vegetable oil..

Jokes apart, location is definitely good.. Further details will reveal how sellable it is ...

Dear all, be very careful. Lot of new members popping up and discussing about this unknown builder. These are dummy members of the builder himself. Just treat their views with caution. My individual advice.

Any evidence or just a guess?

I think if the builder was so desperate, he would at least get the website for the project ready and then do this stuff, so that the interested bakraas get some info.

Take a specific post above for example, there is a new poster 'Vandygupta'. In very first post in the forum, declared some Builder as fraud. There is no reason at all to support the statement.

The apparent reason is that, the project she is supporting is a neighboring one.

New members always support New projects!!! Some members appear up only for posts whenever a new proejct appears. And disappear as it gets sold.

Just my PoV!! Other members will have their opinios

TCS, Infy, Wipro: Getting out of slowdown- The Times of India

IT companies are coming out of slowdown, so people should logically have more work on their hands, but some People in "TCS" seem to be spending a lot of time with friends in 3C, IC and Propertree !
