Super area vs Carpet area(Amrapali Silicon City)
There seems to be u a huge difference in super area that is being offered and the actual carpet area.Is this difference within permissable limits.It seems to be as much as 30%i.e i booked a 950 sq feet house and in the layout given the total comes out to be 620 sqft.Can someone explain?

Industry standard:
Carpet area is 70% of super area. Buildup area is 80% of super area. Few builders offer more or less. |
