supertech apex tower
I recectly visited site for Apex Tower at Emerald court complex,Sec 93A,Noida.This is a new tower launched with projected G+24 stories but I have doubt about the tower's approval as this tower was not shown in the original layout plan of emerald court complex.The builder could not give satisfying answer to my questions.I would like to ask if anybody knows whether the builders in Noida can use land alloted to them to make any number of towers or a separate permission is required for each tower?Anybody knows about apex tower's approval status?
